Rachael Jacovino, managing broker owner, Vincent Jacovino, broker owner, and Joe Waters, broker associate, of Parkview Properties are celebrating expansion of their real estate firm from 4 to 17 agents and the one year anniversary in their new office. Covering Prospect, Waterbury, Cheshire, Naugatuck, Wolcott, Bethany, Southbury, Middlebury, Southington and Wallingford, Parkview Properties was begun in 2007.
"This year," said Rachael Jacovino, "our sales are on track to double 2013's. It took us just six months to expand from 4 agents to 17, so we're expanding rapidly, and notably, as the real estate market becomes stronger each month."
Vincent Jacovino, formerly from Waterbury and owner of Jacovino's Lawn Care, LLC, Rachael Jacovino, formerly from New Jersey, and Joe Waters of Prospect, collaborated to begin Parkview Properties in 2007. As managing broker owner Rachael Jacovino was working in the business full time and Joe Waters was working as a part-time agent while he worked toward becoming a full-time licensed broker.
In August of 2012 the Jacovino's purchased Parkview Properties' current location at 92 Cheshire Road to renovate as commercial offices for the real estate and lawn care businesses. The Cape Cod-style house on the property was completely renovated into offices and a garage was built on the two-acre property for Jacovino's Lawn Care equipment storage.
All of Parkview Properties real estate professionals are notably knowledgeable about the local market.
"Most of us have been life-long residents in this region," explained Vincent Jacovino. "So we are very familiar with every town we represent to potential clients. Our agents are reliable, loyal, and also knowledgeable about the overall real estate industry. Our continual ambition is to help both sellers and buyers we represent with every step of the buying and selling process."

The Parkview Properties' 17 agents are all members of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service. Waters commented, "To help people sell their homes, we create a customized marketing plan that will efficiently sell their property at the best possible price. We closely manage the sales process to help the buyer or seller get the best price with the most desirable terms in the shortest amount of time. Our continual goals are to ensure a smooth sales process for everyone involved."
