Paskalis of MG Commercial sells 22,675 s/f for L&M Ptrsp. - $1.2m

The former Northeast Tire Sales facility, located in the Narragansett Industrial Park, at 181 Narragansett Park Dr. was purchased by DHS Realty, LLC, dba American Printing. The 22,675 s/f industrial facility is situated on 4.5 acres and is located near American Printing's existing facility, doubling their size and capacity. George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, L & M Partnership and procured the buyer. The sale price was $1.2 million.
