Paul and Snell of Pyramid Real Estate lease 2,300 s/f at Parkway Plaza

Norwalk, CT Andrew Paul and Jeff Snell, senior directors at Pyramid Real Estate Group, have co-brokered a lease for a 2,300 s/f retail space at Parkway Plaza to a franchisee for Nardelli Grinder Shoppe in spaces formerly occupied by Punch Fitness and Sierra Deli. Paul and Snell represented the owner and Michael Musco of Lee & Associates NYC represented the Nardelli Grinder Shoppe franchisee.

The Nardelli franchisee signed a long-term lease at the 15,135 s/f Parkway Plaza retail center at 345 Main Ave.

Parkway Plaza is situated ¼ mile from Exit 40 of the Merritt Parkway. Other tenants include Café Dolce, Evolver Fitness, Stylin’ Salon, Merritt Massage, Laura’s Drapery, Smoke Shop, Thai Spice Restaurant, M2 Tactical and Sport, Sign*A*Rama.
