PAUL Bakery to open 2,627 s/f store at 3rd Ave Burlington

3rd Ave Burlington, the dining and entertainment heart of Burlington, completed a 2,627 s/f lease with PAUL Bakery. Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Cambridge Savings Bank, Tony C's, Redstone American Grill, Boston Interiors and Carter's Diamonds. "In keeping with our theme of delivering best-of-class operators, PAUL brings to 3rd Ave the finest of international flavors with their bakery and European coffee bar," said Douglas Wynyard, senior vice president for Nordblom Co.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
