PDR Finish Carpentry relocates to 6,553 s/f commercial space
Stratford, CT A portion of the building at 300-320 Avon St. has been leased to PDR Finish Carpentry. PDR Finish Carpentry LLC fabricates custom carpentry, millwork services, and remodeling services. The space leased to PDR is 6,553 s/f.
The owner of the building is BHD 300-320 Avon Realty, LLC, and had recently purchased the property as an investment. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein had listed the remaining two spaces for lease and has brought the building to 100% occupancy.
