Boston, MA Peabody Properties was recognized for professional excellence with six PRISM Awards on October 6. Hosted by The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB), the PRISM Awards recognize projects and achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers, and other professionals in the home building industry. 

This year’s PRISM Awards Gala presented awards in nearly 80 different categories to honor the accomplishments of those who influence the building and design industry in the area.

The Lofts at 30 Pine, Gardner, developed by EA Fish Development, LLC and managed by Peabody Properties won in the category of Best Affordable Community.

In addition, The Residences at Lincoln Park, Dartmouth, developed by Bristol Pacific Homes and 86 Dummer Apartments, in Brookline, developed by The Brookline Housing Authority won awards in the Best Affordable category.

For Best 50+ Community, Peabody Properties won for Bedford Green Apartments in Bedford and, Alan Rias, Peabody resident service coordinator, won in the category of Customer Service Professional of the Year.

Lastly, Peabody Resident Services, Inc. was honored with the Community Spirit Award.

BRAGB received almost 300 entries for the PRISM Awards this year, which is the highest number of entries in the program since at least 2007. A distinguished panel representing various segments of the residential building industry from across the country performed the judging.
