Peabody Properties, Inc. has closed more than $7 million in sales in 2011 at The Waterworks at Chestnut Hil

Peabody Properties, Inc. has closed more than $7 million in sales in 2011 at The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill. The Waterworks, which Peabody Properties has marketed since 2005 and managed since its 2007 opening, is an award winning, 112 unit condominium complex, located on the Boston/Brookline border along Beacon St. at the foot of the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. In the past six years, The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill has generated $142 million in sales. The complex features three museum quality buildings, The Whitehall, The Waterford and Museum Residences, all re-imagined by architect Graham Gund, and one new construction building, The Watermark, all fully occupied. These residences were originally designed by the Olmsted brothers, and have been designated as official Historic Landmarks and are listed on both the National and the State Registers of Historic Places. Peabody Properties was recently honored by the Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB) with the Gold Prism, the organization's top award, for the marketing campaign it designed for The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill.
