Peabody Properties opens applications for Hawthorne Lofts

Salem, MA According to Peabody Properties, an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, applications are available now for Hawthorne Lofts, located at 13 Hawthorne Blvd. The 29-unit affordable housing community is designed to cultivate a dynamic residence for artists.

Currently under construction, Hawthorne Lofts is part of the Salem Schools project which involves the extensive renovation of two historic former schools into modern and efficient affordable housing. Hawthorne Lofts will feature 29 apartments with a preference for artists. Additionally, a former auditorium will be transformed into an approximately 5,000 s/f of workspace for artists with artist pods available. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. 

Hawthorne Lofts offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern living. These newly renovated lofts will provide residents with stylish and comfortable apartment homes in a vibrant downtown setting.

Featuring a variety of floor plans for studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, Hawthorne Lofts also offers modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, high ceilings and large windows, in-unit laundry, a pet-friendly environment, and professional management.
