Peabody Properties takes home three IREM Landscaping Awards

Braintree, MA According to Peabody Properties, three of its housing properties were recognized for excellence by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter at its annual Landscaping Awards Dinner.

Mill Pond in Littleton, Mass., took 1st place in the suburban category with a landscaping budget of $1-$5,000; Lamplighter Village in Canton, Mass., received 3rd place in the suburban category with a landscaping budget of $1-$5,000; and Congregational Retirement Homes I/II/III in Melrose, Mass., was recognized with 1st place in the suburban category with a landscaping budget of $5,000+.

In addition to the three landscaping awards, seven Peabody Properties employees were also recognized for earning an IREM designation. Melissa Hume, Barbara Schmidt-Castro, Edith Melendez, John Devane, Diane Fleming, and Marilyn Estremera all earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential; Kristin Pine earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential.
