According to Barbara Pearce, president and CEO of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker, has been named team leader for the Pearce commercial division. In this capacity, Russell will use his skills to help increase commercial sales and leases, by assisting agents with technology and financial analysis tools he has honed in his years of teaching CCIM courses, as well as in practicing real estate for over 35 years. He is widely recognized as an industry leader, and as an outstanding professional. Leveraging the skills he has acquired will enable all of our agents to benefit from tools and techniques, and will positively impact our client services

Russell holds the CCIM and SIOR designations and is a CCIM instructor around the country and the world. He is a specialist in investment analysis. He served as president of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and has been named "Realtor of the Year" by both the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and Connecticut Association of Realtors.
