Pearce Real Estate leases 3,600 s/f office space for Selmon Company

Orange, CT According to Barbara Pearce, chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, senior commercial broker Carl Russell has leased 53A Robinson Blvd.

Russell represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction in which M.A. Selmon Company, Inc. leased 3,600 s/f of office space from Jack Pritchard of Milford-based Fortis Holdings, LLC. M.A. Selmon Company is an industrial automation company, also based in Milford. It specializes in providing automation solutions, manufacturing products and services including machinery manufacturing, flow measurement, and energy management.

Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition, Russell’s lengthy, award-winning career in commercial real estate includes work in classrooms and boardrooms. Russell was an assistant adjunct professor of Real Estate at New York University, and he continues to be a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. He is also a past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
