Pembroke Real Estate leases 6,200 s/f to City Landing

Pembroke Real Estate signed City Landing as a new tenant at 255 State St., leasing 6,200 s/f of restaurant space. "City Landing will enhance the first-rate, local dining options for working professionals, tourists and residents with an active, highly visible location next to the New England Aquarium and overlooking the Rose Kennedy Greenway," said David Lucey, vice president, Pembroke R.E. City Landing plans to open in July. Jonathan Martin, VP and head of Colliers Boston's Restaurant Practice Group was the only broker involved in the transaction.

Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay handles $9.5m Belmont Portfolio sale

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
