New England Retail Properties, Inc. has been selected to exclusively represent the landlord in marketing the former Friendly's Restaurant located at 620 West Main St. The 2,531 s/f building sits on .66 of an acre as an outparcel to the Marcus Plaza, home to ShopRite, Rite Aid, TJ Maxx, Rent-A-Center, Payless Shoe, Sally Beauty and more. The location is less than a mile from I-395. Other area tenants include WalMart, Backus Hospital, Staples, Town Fair Tire, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Eblen's and more.
