Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust appoints Elliott and MacLaren directors of retail leasing
Philadelphia-headquartered Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) has hired two new directors of retail leasing - Peter Elliott and Amy MacLaren.
Elliott and MacLaren each bring to PREIT more than 20 years of leasing experience and relationships in the retail real estate industry. As directors of retail leasing, they will be responsible for the leasing of regional malls and retail relationships with key national tenants.
Elliott will direct leasing efforts for Exton Square Mall in Exton, Pa. and The Gallery at Market East in Philadelphia, Pa., while MacLaren will be responsible for leasing Dartmouth Mall; Jacksonville Mall in Jacksonville, N.C.; Magnolia Mall in Florence, S.C. and Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Va.
Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
