Hyannis, MA Kevin Pepe of Commercial Realty Advisors Inc. has facilitated the sale of 20 Independence Dr. for $2.615 million.

The buyer, 20 Independence LLC, was represented by attorney Daniel Creedon, while their bank, The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank was represented by attorney Bernard Kilroy.

The seller, Hyannis Park Place LLC, was represented by attorney Melanie O’Keefe of Latanzi, Spaulding & Landreth.
