Rumford, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal Sweeney negotiated a lease at 275 Newport Ave.
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR and Jay Kern of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Broadway Medical Associates, the landlord, in securing a long-term lease with BRM RI MGMT, LLC, the tenant. Gansett Animal Hospital will occupy the property.
Kyle Hundelt of Colliers’ Chicago office represented BRM, RI MGMT, LLC, the tenant.

Bridgeport, CT Stavros Filippidis of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of 33 multi-family units totaling $6.275 million. Filippidis has arranged the sale of a 27 unit multi-family portfolio.
