Peregrine Group LLC selected to act as owner representative for Signature Healthcare

Peregrine Group LLC, has been selected to act as owner's representative in the build-out of Signature Healthcare's new 26,000 s/f medical office suite. Originally tasked to assist Signature Healthcare with lease negotiations, Peregrine's role expanded to include construction oversight, schedule coordination, budget monitoring and final delivery of the space for occupancy. With the collective efforts of Peregrine Group LLC, Whalen Associates (landlord) and New England Medical Design (architect), Signature Healthcare will take occupancy during the 1st quarter of 2013. Peregrine Group LLC provides third party development management, project management, lender workouts, and tenant representation services on behalf of property owners, investors, and businesses seeking to achieve specific facility, investment and operating objectives. The new offices will house multiple clinical departments and physicians to support growing patient services in the area market. Signature Healthcare is a leading healthcare organization that includes 550 physicians and other direct care providers.
