Perlman of Northeast Commercial Realty arranges 4,700 s/f retail lease

Winchester, MA Andrew Perlman, principal broker at Northeast Commercial Realty completed the lease of 4,700 s/f retail space located at 808 Main St., to Koko Boodakian & Sons. The tenant is a specialty Oriental rug dealer with over 77 years of experience serving the New England area with sales, cleaning, repair and appraisals.

The retail space has a front showroom with large windows facing Main St. and a back warehouse.

This location was ideal for Koko Boodakian & Sons to situate their new headquarters.

Perlman represented the landlord, B & L Carpet and procured the tenant.
