Perry of Cardente R. E. negotiates 5,000 s/f lease for landlord, Lucidog

According to Cardente Real Estate, Winter People, Inc. has leased 5,000 s/f of warehouse space at 50 Downeast Dr. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Lucidog, LLC, by Greg Perry of Cardente and on behalf of the tenant by Steve Bauman of CBRE Boulos Co.
