What do you do now and what are you planning for the future: For over 30 years I have run Hodge Insurance. It's the oldest company under the same name in the area. Between myself and my father we have owned and run the company for over 50 years. I will continue to build the company with my son acting in the role of mentor, training my son (a graduate of Wake Forest University) who will succeed me.
