Peter Scotti & Assocs. sells 10-acre Roger Williams University property for $4.5 million

144 Anthony Road - Portsmouth, RI

Portsmouth, RI Peter Scotti, MAI and Michael Kern, MAI of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, Inc. facilitated the sale of 144 Anthony Rd.

The 10 acre parcel improved by a 78,000 s/f facility was owned by Roger Williams University (RWU). RWU acquired the former hotel in 2010 and converted it for use as a dormitory and meeting center.

The property transferred on December 15, 2025 for $4.5 million. The buyer plans to repurpose the property.
