Avison Young represents Shelbourne in multiple leases totaling 26,935 s/f

Bridgeport, CT Avison Young, representing owner Shelbourne, has completed four leasing transactions at 1000 Lafayette Blvd., a premier Class A office building. These recent deals showcase the property’s continued appeal to both global and regional organizations.

• Regus, a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, renewed its lease for 15,000 s/f on the 11th floor, long-term tenant, reaffirming its commitment to providing adaptable office environments.

• MetroCog, the Metropolitan Council of Governments, expanded its footprint by leasing 4,248 s/f on the 9th floor, supporting its growing operations and regional planning initiatives.

• Career Resources, a workforce development organization, renewed its lease for 4,783 s/f on the 3rd floor, continuing its mission to provide employment and training services to the community.

• Cellino Law, a personal injury firm, has expanded into 2,904 s/f on the 2nd floor.
