Pickering of New England Retail Properties brokers 1,200 s/f lease
New England Retail Properties, Inc. has leased 1,200 s/f in Sundad Plaza located at 1371 East Main St. to State Farm Insurance.
Sundad Plaza is a 12,000 s/f shopping center located off I-91 and the Merritt Pkwy. It is home to Season's Federal Credit Union, Cucamaracara Mexican Eatery and Grand Slam Sports.
Nelson Pickering negotiated the lease between the landlord, Sundad, LLC, and State Farm Insurance on behalf of New England Retail Properties, Inc. Pickering represented the landlord and was the sole agent in the deal.
