Boston, MA Pierce Boston, the luxury condominium tower under construction in the city’s Fenway neighborhood, officially launches sales with the opening of its sales center. As the city’s luxury condo market booms,Pierce Boston pre-sales are emblematic of the market’s larger paradigm shift. More than 30% of the tower’s 109 condominium units have already been sold. Soaring 30 stories at the corner of Boylston St. and Brookline Ave., Pierce Boston will be the gateway to The Fenway and reshape the city’s skyline from the west with its dramatic profile.

Pierce Boston’s design was created by architects Arquitectonica, and is the firm’s first project in Boston. The interiors were crafted by CBT and feature thoughtful layouts and contemporary design throughout the public spaces and residences.

Developed by Samuels & Associates in partnership with Landsea and in association with Weiner Ventures, Pierce Boston will also include 240 rental units and more than 20,000 s/f of street-level retail and restaurant space.

“The interest and demand that we’ve seen for Pierce Boston would have been unimaginable in The Fenway just a few years ago,” said Leslie Cohen, principal and COO, Samuels & Associates. “It shows how iconic this building is and what this neighborhood has become, well beyond the market’s broader supply and demand dynamics.”

Designed to maximize views of Boston, Cambridge, the Charles River, and the Emerald Necklace with three sides of floor-to-ceiling windows,Pierce Boston will feature 109 luxury condominium residences starting on the 19th floor. With a mix of residences ranging from junior one-bed to two-bedrooms and occupancy is slated for 2018.

Residents will have access to a suite of lifestyle amenities including a fitness center with yoga studio, 24/7 concierge service and doorman, dedicated staff to plan events and social gatherings, private dining space, and 80 parking spaces. The 30th floor of the building includes a communal space for owners with spectacular 360-degree views of the city, library, and roof deck with a swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor fire pits and sky cabanas. The sky cabanas are a first for Boston and are available for owners to purchase.

Pierce Boston provides The Fenway’s first luxury ownership opportunity, appealing to suburban empty nesters and neighborhood trade-up buyers, in addition to younger innovation sector entrepreneurs and investors.

“As a natural evolution of The Fenway’s master planning process, Pierce Boston now occupies a coveted gateway parcel in the maturing neighborhood, providing the neighborhood’s first luxury homeownership opportunity,” said Sue Hawkes, president and CEO of The Collaborative Companies, Pierce Boston’s exclusive sales and marketing agency. “The Fenway’s edginess, combined with Pierce Boston’s striking design and amenities, has positioned us for faster success than we had even anticipated.”
