Jamaica Plain, MA Richard Pilla and Sam Obar of Paramount Partners brokered the sale of a 3,560 s/f retail investment property at 775 Centre St. for $1.72 million to Hajjar Management Co. of Milton, Mass. Pilla and Obar represented the seller, TFS Newco LLC of Dallas, TX and procured the buyer.
