Demolition and construction work is underway on a new Pinncon project. Pinncon is demolishing a portion of the Messina Shopping Center on Main St. to construct a 10,000 s/f shell building for a CVS Pharmacy.
The $1.2 million project is expected to be complete February 2008.
"Work on the project will not interrupt the flow of business in other sections of the center," said Jim Thompson, Pinncon executive vice president and director of construction.
