Pinyan-Durels of GVA Williams signs 5,000 s/f lease for ATR

GVA Williams has signed a 5,000 s/f lease for American Technology Research, at The Mill. According to Jacqueline Pinyan-Durels, senior vice president of GVA Williams and the broker who represented ATR, "The tenant was at the end of a sublease. We did a five-year deal for the same space direct with the landlord on behalf of our client, ATR." The Mill is 65,000 s/f over four floors and is located at 10 Glenville Rd. This location overlooks Byrum River and waterfall. Several hedge funds and financial service companies are located in the building. ATR provides institutional clients with independent, timely and focused research on large and small capitalization companies in select high-tech and defense industries.
