Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, the Connecticut affiliate of Paramount Partners, has hired Stephanie Pious as vice president. Pious' expertise in commercial and industrial real estate has resulted in the successful completion of numerous sales and leasing assignments. During her career Pious has represented a large number of clients ranging from local business owners, manufacturing companies, non- profit organizations and hospitals. In the industrial market, Pious was instrumental in the sale of MeadWestvaco Corporation's 166,000 s/f plant in Enfield. She also represented Unicorr Packaging Group in their acquisition of 50,000 s/f of additional warehouse space in Haverhill, Mass., which enabled them to better service their growing customer base in MA and NH. "We are extremely pleased to welcome Stephanie to our team" said Tim Londregan, partner. "Her knowledge and experience will certainly benefit our company and customers. Stephanie is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who ensures client satisfaction by delivering excellence at every level of the sale or lease process."
