Pious of Colliers Dow & Condon leases 31,000 s/f to Nutmeg Container
Nutmeg Container, a division of Unicorr Packaging Group headquartered in North Haven, CT, has leased an additional 31,000 s/f at 200 Perimeter Rd., to service clients in Mass. and NH.
Stephanie Pious, senior associate at Colliers Dow & Condon in Hartford, CT, represented the tenant. The landlord is HPN Airport NH LLC.
