Also, Peters Associates leased a portion of the industrial building at 35 Peters Rd. in Bloomfield. Piroumoff represented the landlord, Peters Associates, and the tenant. The tenant is Total Aviation Parts & Services, LLC which sells industrial spare parts. The leased space includes an office and has a walk-in door, an overhead door and a bathroom.
