Piroumoff of Century 21 Wm. R. Smith Realty brokers $356,000 sale
George Piroumoff, CCIM of Century 21 Wm. R. Smith Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of an investment property in the center of Windsor. The sale price was $356,000.
Piroumoff listed 37 Bloomfield Ave., and Henry Foley and Lori Kroh of Century 21 Advantage in Enfield represented the buyer, AMJAM Properties, LLC. The seller was Hussainur Chowdhury.
This seven-unit 5,962 s/f brick apartment building is on the corner of Bloomfield Ave. (Rte. 305) and Court St. Henry Karas of Windsor Mortgage, LLC, arranged the financing. Attorney Bruce Comollo represented the seller, and attorney Joseph Flynn represented the buyer at the closing.
