Planet Fitness celebrates 25th anniversary at grand reopening in Dover
Dover, NH New Hampshire-based Planet Fitness celebrated its 25th anniversary and the grand reopening of its very first location in Dover, with a ribbon cutting ceremony and special dedication event on Sept. 13, honoring lifetime members who have been with Planet Fitness for 25 years.
At 23,000 s/f, the newly-renovated club features equipment upgrades, including 53 new treadmills and ellipticals, as well as a designated PF360 room with additional space for functional equipment exercises. Facility enhancements include a brand new Black Card Spa area with updated lounge and privacy rooms, refreshed locker rooms, new front desk area and more.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
