Superdry to open 7,876 s/f store at CambridgeSide this November

Superdry to join notable tenants at CambridgeSide - Cambridge, MA

Cambridge, MA British lifestyle brand Superdry continues its global expansion with the opening of a new store at CambridgeSide, presently undergoing a $30 million repositioning launched earlier this year. The 7,876 s/f store will open this November. 

“We are excited to welcome Superdry to the new CambridgeSide,” said  CambridgeSide senior marketing director Melissa LaVita, “CambridgeSide’s head-to-toe renovation and rebranding will be complete this fall, just in time to welcome the international retailer Superdry to our exciting mix.” 

CambridgeSide’s mix of shops and restaurants features leading retailers and restaurants including The Apple Store, J.Crew, Club Monaco, A|X Armani Exchange, Abercrombie & Fitch, Banana Republic, Macy’s, H&M, Express, Forever 21, Sephora, The Cheesecake Factory, Massachusetts’ first World of Beer, and more. All shops and restaurants remain open during the renovation.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
