Platt of Platt Realty named alliance private sector chair for International Council of Shopping Centers

Lawrence Platt, CSM, has been appointed as Maine, Mass., N.H., R.I. and Vermont alliance private sector chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Platt will begin his one-year term as chair effective May 22. In his role as alliance program leader, Platt will identify areas of common interest and facilitate cooperation between the public and private sectors. Platt is a broker at Platt Realty Group. He also is a director on the R.I. Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors. He holds a degree from Columbia University, NY and has attended the NYU Real Estate Institute Certificate Program.
