MG Commercial Real Estate Servcies negotiated a long term lease to Blue Cross Blue Shield for 22,960 s/f of warehouse space at 100 Dupont Dr. in the Huntington Business Park, which was recently vacated by Yell-O-Glow Corp. This was an operational consolidation from another warehouse facility in the Huntington Business Park.
100 Dupont Dr., a 157,000 s/f multi-tenant industrial facility, was originally fully occupied by C & J Jewelry.
