Paskalis and Steingold of MG Commercial lease 22,960 s/f at Huntington Business Park

MG Commercial Real Estate Servcies negotiated a long term lease to Blue Cross Blue Shield for 22,960 s/f of warehouse space at 100 Dupont Dr. in the Huntington Business Park, which was recently vacated by Yell-O-Glow Corp. This was an operational consolidation from another warehouse facility in the Huntington Business Park. 100 Dupont Dr., a 157,000 s/f multi-tenant industrial facility, was originally fully occupied by C & J Jewelry. George Paskalis, SIOR, and senior VP/partner and Larry Steingold, senior VP, both of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the property owners and were the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
