Representing CANPRO in the transaction was Dave Anderson and JP Plunkett of Red Dome, a Boston-based boutique brokerage firm. Plunkett said, “It is a pleasure to work on real estate like Lakeville Corporate Park - truly a top Rte. 495 address. We expect Gryphon to flourish in its new space.”
