Plunkett of NAI Hunneman completes 30,500 s/f lease to Aircraft Service International Group

NAI Hunneman recently completed a 30,500 s/f lease transaction with Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG) at 440 McClellan Highway. The Orlando, FL based aviation transport services company will support operations for the United States Postal Service in its new space. NAI Hunneman executive vice president JP Plunkett represented the landlord Cargo Ventures and said, "ASIG was super to work with and their top-notch human capital and state-of-the-art sorting equipment will no doubt optimize the USPS' mail flow through the city and beyond." 440 McClellan Highway is part of Logan Cargo Park (along with 480 McClellan) a two-building, 262,000 s/f campus providing warehouse and/or office space with swift access to Logan International Airport, the Ted Williams Tunnel, the Conley Terminal, Boston's Central Business District and the Mass Pike. The site features a stand-alone Starbucks and can accommodate office users from 1,000 s/f and up as well as industrial users from 7,000 s/f and up.
