The Norwalk Education Foundation has received a $2,000 donation from POKO Partners, LLC, a socially responsible real estate company and developer of Wall Street Place, towards its mission of improving public education for Norwalk's children.
"As developers, we know that a community is made up of much more than the physical environment and that's why POKO is proud to support the NEF. We understand that a strong school system is a fundamental element to attracting and maintaining families within a city and building a thriving community," said Ken Olson, CEO of POKO Partners, LLC.
The NEF provides programs and funds for teacher and technology training, innovative classroom instruction, and out-of-school time programs.
