Raynham, MA Advantage Truck Group (ATG) celebrated the grand opening of their new full-service truck dealership, a facility that will expand support for businesses and municipalities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod and the Islands.

RESCOM Architectural, Inc., provided complete design services for ATG – one of the largest North American dealers for Daimler trucks in New England. The new 35,000 s/f facility encompasses 18,000 s/f of climate-controlled service area with 18 bays to provide full maintenance and repair of heavy-duty commercial trucks, two dedicated pit bays for servicing, and one for inspectional services. The bays’ design provides easy access to vehicle undercarriage without the use of a lift. The facility also accommodates a multi-million-dollar parts inventory, an inventory of trucks for sale, a retail showroom, and 4,600 s/f of office space on the second floor. The integrity of RESCOM’s design delivered a facility that echoed ATG’s commitment to high caliber service and ensured the facility allowed ATG to continue to deliver their exceptional customer support with ease.

The pre-engineered energy efficient structure includes modern spaces for customers and employees.

“We were pleased to be selected as the architect for this exciting project. Through collaboration with the projects team, we were able to quickly understand the requirements of the building and provide a design that was suitable for the building’s operation,” said Greg Siroonian, president of RESCOM Architectural.

RP Masiello was the general contractor and provided complete construction and management services. The building was built during the height of building material and labor shortages due to the state of the construction industry. RP Masiello was able to navigate through this and deliver the project within a reasonable time and within budget.
