Portland, ME Portside Real Estate Group has recognized the talent and achievements of its 2025 Portside Partners, Circle of Excellence, Trailblazers, and Sign Rider Award winners. These awards highlight the impact they’ve made not just within the brokerage but across Maine and New Hampshire’s real estate landscape.

Portside Partner Award
The Portside Partner Award is the brokerage’s highest honor, reserved for the top six agents whose performance sets the pace for excellence. These individuals combine exceptional expertise with unwavering dedication to their clients, achieving the highest gross commission income across Portside.

This year’s Partner Award winners, Taylor McFarlane, Jim McFarlane, John Fitzsimons, Erin Oldham, Brent Sawyer, and Lisa Guerette, represent the top 5% of agents in the state of Maine. Together, they closed $170,970,201 in sales volume.

Beyond their professional achievements, these agents also give back in a meaningful way. Through Portside’s 1% Back program, their combined efforts contributed over $50,000 toward initiatives supporting the next generation, our youth.
