Pouladians and McCarthy of North Shore
Realty procure buyer for Atlas Lofts - $16 million
Chelsea, MA North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. negotiated the sale of the Atlas Lofts located at 88 Gerrish Ave. in The Box District.
The Atlas Lofts is a 53-unit boutique loft-style apartment community with exposed brick and beam construction. The units feature open floor plan concepts, high ceilings, granite countertops, oversized industrial windows, brick accent walls, modern cabinetry, and concrete flooring to complete the style.
The property constructed in 1900 operated as a mattress factory for over a century and was redeveloped into an apartment community in 2010.
The property is directly adjacent to The Box District MBTA Silver Line Stop which offers access to Logan airport and into Boston.
Dan and Sara Pouladian, and Michael McCarthy of North Shore Realty Advisors procured the buyer as an off-market opportunity.
