Everett, MA North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. has completed the sale of 765 Bdwy. Dan and Sara Pouladian as exclusive agents to United Properties procured the buyer through their private network with over 50 tours and multiple offers.  

765 Bdwy. is a four-story multifamily with a total of 14,764 s/f and a unit mix of thirteen two-bedroom apartments. The property also consisted of 13 separately metered gas boilers, two commercial grade gas hot water tanks and laundry facility on site for the residents.
