sell 16 units for $5 million

Chelsea, MA North Shore Realty Advisors Inc. negotiated the $5 million sale of 32 Annese Rd. The 1970s brick garden-style apartment building consists of 16 apartments with 18 off-street parking spaces.

32 Annese has 14,880 rentable s/f and 15,480 gross s/f and offers laundry facilities on-site for the residents.

The property presents a unit-mix of 15 two-bedrooms and one studio. The property is located in front of Voke Park and located on dead end road with close proximity to Rte. 1.

Dan Pouladian and Sara Pouladian represented the seller and procured the buyer.
