Hanover, MA A Healthy Balance has leased 3,706 s/f at Tedeschi Plaza in Hanover. This will be a second location for A Healthy Balance offering fitness training and nutrition consulting.
Dawg City, who has been in business for over 20 years in Andover,  has leased 1,662 s/f at Crossroads Plaza on Rte. 114 in North Andover. This will be Dawg City’s second location. Also at Crossroads Plaza - Georgetown Savings Bank has relocated its branch from the Eaglewood Shops and leased 1,868 s/f, opening a new contemporary branch to better serve their customers. Crossroads Plaza is anchored by Starbucks, Fuddruckers, and other strong local and regional tenants.
In downtown Haverhill, Mass. Battle Grounds Coffee Co. has leased 1,500 s/f in the newly restored Marsh Building. A ribbon cutting was held on June 7th. The spaces offer period detail such as high tin ceilings and exposed brick. This property is just one of many recent developments taking place in downtown Haverhill where there is tremendous revitalization which will reinvigorate the streetscape.

Dr. Dental leased 2,388 s/f and Lapel’s will be opening soon in 750 s/f in Braintree on Grove St. with Stop & Shop, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, CVS and other notable retailers. There is one 1,000 s/f space coming available in August.
