Powers & Company leases 4,526 s/f to Title Boxing

Woburn, MA Powers & Company has leased 4,526 s/f to Title Boxing on Washington St.  The center is now 100% leased.  Title Boxing has joined Kohl’s, the newly renovated Pier One Imports and Dollar Tree. Pier One recently completed an entire store interior and exterior renovation.

Title Boxing provides cardio classes unlike any other fitness clubs by combining hit-free boxing, kick boxing and mixed martial arts training with intense cardio workouts and toning exercises.

Susan Cadieux with Smith Retail Real Estate was the broker representing the tenant.  Powers & Company exclusively represents landlords in the leasing of their retail centers.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
