Preleasing opens at Reveler’s newest community at The Levee: Lofts North

Biddeford, ME Reveler Development made known that preleasing is now live for Lofts North, a brand-new apartment building located at 10 Upper Falls Rd. with views of the Saco River and elevated interior amenities. The launch marks the fourth and final phase of The Levee, Reveler’s award-winning, master planned development..

Located on the north-facing side of the Upper Falls Rd. peninsula, Lofts North is a five-story, ground-up apartment community built on a 1.08-acre parcel. The building includes 49 one-bedroom apartments, one two-bedroom apartment, and one studio, all featuring refined, understated interiors and expansive windows that maximize natural light and river views. Interiors draw inspiration from natural materials that balance warmth and texture, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open-concept layouts. Onsite amenities include a residential lobby, secure mail and package room, and bike storage.

Lofts North sits adjacent to Lofts South, the inaugural development at The Levee and previously known as Lofts on the Levee. With this announcement, Lofts North and Lofts South now comprise Lofts on the Levee — the full range of for-rent residential offerings within the mixed-use development. Lofts South — a 96-unit apartment community in a repurposed textile mill — will share its suite of modern amenities with Lofts North residents, including a two-story coworking lounge, fitness center, and sky deck. While Lofts South embraces the character of its historic mill setting with playful, industrial-inspired interiors, Lofts North offers a more contemporary residential experience. Lofts North also represents the first ground-up multifamily development in downtown in decades.

“Lofts North builds on a vision we’ve been advancing for years, and we couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome residents this summer,” said John Laliberte, president & CEO of Reveler Development. “These apartments are designed to feel connected with not only the broader community at The Levee, but also downtown Biddeford — offering residents a place that’s both scenic and central.”

Inspired by its setting along the Saco River, The Levee incorporates four developments built on a peninsula’s end. Connected to the RiverWalk and near historic Biddeford, The Levee offers modern apartments at Lofts on the Levee, for-sale condos and townhomes at Landing on the Levee, Self Storage on the Levee, and The Foundry, a wedding and events venue. In 2025, The Levee was recognized with a Maine Smart Growth Award for its thoughtful approach to adaptive reuse and community-centered design.

Construction for Lofts North was led by Reveler’s in-house team, ensuring a consistent vision across the development. Port Property once again leads the building’s management. When Lofts South began preleasing in December 2022, it was fully leased by the Port Property team within five months.

With preleasing now live, Lofts North brings The Levee to its final phase, culminating a multi-year effort to thoughtfully transform this peninsula along the town’s historic riverfront. Lofts North will officially welcome residents and open its doors this August 2026.
