Prescott IOS sells 39,643 s/f on 8.08 acres for $5.75 million
Shirley, MA Prescott IOS arranged the sale of 100 Ayer Rd., a 39,643 s/f building on 8.08 acres comprised of numerous parcels to TPE Solutions for $5.75 million.
David Skinner, founding partner, Vin Cannistraro, co-founder, Ellen Garthoff, advisor, and Devon Wagner represented the seller, Bemis Associates, and directly procured the buyer.
TPE Solutions is a locally owned and operated manufacturer and is contemplating plans to further develop the additional industrial-zoned land.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
