President's message: Share your story with us

How many members of the New England CCIM chapter do you know? Many of you will answer that you know some members, but not all of them. And if asked whether you could talk about the business someone else is involved in, your answers would be even less specific. That's why you're invited to share your story with us. We want to talk about you and your business with the rest of the New England CCIM chapter members. Chances are that another member of the Chapter has an opportunity to share with you, insights you may share with them, or a new friendship that hasn't yet been created because you don't know each other. Here's how it works: you send us a story about yourself, your business, maybe a recent transaction, and your photo. We'll feature you in an email to the membership base. If you're already a chapter member, it's free. If you'd like to be profiled in our member email, you'll have to join the chapter. To submit your information for our chapter member profile or for information about joining so you can be featured to over 150 CCIM's throughout New England, please contact Heather Campbell. You may reach her by email at admin@neccim.com. In the meantime, if you or anyone you know would like to continue your CCIM eduction, here's a list of upcoming courses being held in Boston: *February: 17th - 18th CI Intro - Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Investment Analysis *May: 2nd - 6th CI 101 - Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate *June 27th - July 1st CI 103 - User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate * September 26th - October 30th CI 104 - Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, 2011 president of the New England CCIM Chapter and founder and principal of Mansard Commercial Properties, Lexoington, Mass.
