Press and Schaffer of Press/Cuozzo complete $1.1 million sale of 23,000 s/f
170 Pond View Drive - Meriden, CTMeriden, CT According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services of Hamden, he and senior broker Ted Schaffer represented the owner in the $1.1 million sale of an industrial building in the Medway Business Park.
Originally constructed in 1985, the property located at 170 Pond View Dr. consists of 18,000 s/f of high bay industrial and 5,000 s/f of office and sales support space on 4.27 acres.
The buyer, Aperture Optical Sciences, was represented by Kyle Roberts, senior associate with CBRE/New England.
