Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, and Kevin Walker, Press/Cuozzo Commercial Advisor, represented the seller, Dena Khebl, and the buyer, 2529 Whitney LLC in the sale of 2529 Whitney Ave. The 2,188 s/f, two-story professional office building is set on .17 acres with 10 parking spaces. The building is located on Rte. 10 across from the post office. The property closed at $314,500.
